Registered Catalyst Outdoors products are guaranteed for their lifetime to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We are proud of the quality of our products and stand behind them with our lifetime warranty. To activate your Lifetime Warranty, complete the form below to register your packraft.

Note: The Hull Identification Number (HIN#) is located on the Starboard Stern (back right) portion of the boat. An Example HIN# is CTA21001A424.

To request a warranty claim, simply fill out the form below to begin the process.

If a Catalyst Outdoors product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product (limited to 1 full replacement per order). Please note, this warranty covers the original owner for a period of lifetime ownership from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable and requires proof of purchase.


Note: Amazon orders needing to be returned for a refund should be returned on the amazon.com platform. For issues with Amazon orders, please contact us at contact@catalystoutdoors.com


This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by accident, improper maintenance and care, negligence, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (fire, flood, etc.), punctures, stains, discoloration from the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, deterioration, burns, improper packing, or other acts of nature. For damage not covered under warranty, we will do our best to inform the customer of the most economic means of repairing the product. 


Simply, our warranty is here to cover any defects in manufacturing of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear or user damage.


For warranty evaluation, open a warranty claim by filling out the form below.  Upon approval, you will be provided with steps to continue the process.  Catalyst Outdoors is not liable for lost in-bound packages. Please make sure the product is clean prior to shipment. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary, or the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
