Returns & Exchanges
The complete satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority!
That’s why we want you to absolutely love your gear from Catalyst Outdoors as much as we have loved designing and making it for you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase* for orders shipped within the US. For items to be returned, they must be purchased on www.catalystoutdoors.com (see instructions below for Amazon orders and Buy With Prime orders), unused, in its original condition, and still have tags attached. Any product returned that is deemed to have been used will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total refund price.
Buy With Prime Returns:
For orders placed via "Buy with Prime" on https://catalystoutdoors.com:
Step 1: Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.
Step 2: Choose Order Details to see the order details page.
Step 3: Choose Return on the order details page.
Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered.
Step 4: Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.
Step 5: Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.
When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent.
Step 6: From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.
Step 7: Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
Other Returns:
For all other orders, to request a return, submit the form at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within 24 hours to get you taken care of!
For all returns, we will provide a return authorization form and shipping instructions. The customer will receive a refund of his or her full purchase price minus a $19.99 (per returned product) return and restocking fee. Catalyst Outdoors cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages; therefore, we highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance for your item.
For all replacement or exchanges, we will provide the customer the ability to purchase and print a shipping label, and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
Additionally, please note that all international sales are final. Therefore, we can not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds:
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for the refund to be applied to your account.
*Holiday return policy: gear purchased from the official Catalyst Outdoors store (https://catalystoutdoors.com) in November and December may be returned/exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
What if I ordered from Amazon.com?
If you ordered from Amazon, please proceed with your return or replacement through amazon.com.
Log in to your amazon account.
Find "my orders" under "My Account".
Find the item and select "Return or Replace".
From there you will be guided through Amazon's return or replacement process.
